CAN YOU REVIEW BOTH PURCHASE AND REFINANCE LOANS?

Yes!  We are able to compare any 1st mortgage residential loan.  Whether you are a first-time buyer looking to purchase your own primary residence or a seasoned investor wanting to purchase  or refinance a primary residence, second home, or investment property we are here to help.

CAN YOU REVIEW LOAN ESTIMATES FROM ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES?

Currently we are only able to compare loans in Washington State, however our ultimate goal is to expand to help borrowers across the county through a network of local mortgage brokers in order to deliver the most beneficial loans the market offers.

WHY DO YOU NEED ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FROM ME?

The majority of the information we need is already on the Loan Estimate given to you by the other lender.  However, there are a couple other key factors not on the estimate, such as income, that we need to give your quote an accurate and honest review.

DO I HAVE TO HAVE A PREVIOUS ESTIMATE TO RECEIVE A QUOTE?

No! We are happy to be your first stop in the mortgage shopping process. To request a quote, you can fill out our submission form and check “I don’t have a loan estimate” or fill out our contact form.

WHAT DOES MY LOAN ESTIMATE LOOK LIKE?

MOM ALWAYS TAUGHT ME IF IT’S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT PROBABLY IS. IS THIS?

We are 100% legit! We will review your loan estimate for free, and honestly tell you if you can do better.  If you have been offered the best deal possible, we will tell you.  If you can do better, we will show you your options.  You can choose to go with your original offer, or a new one. There are no obligations, no hidden fees, no strings attached. Visit our About Us page to learn more about our company and who we are.

ARE YOU LICENSED?

Yes we are! We are licensed mortgage brokers in the state of Washington.
